::My Review::
In short, rose water is great for all skin types but I think it is really suited for oily-acne prone skin like mine. Even though I have combination skin, I found that it not only tightened my pores which help with limiting my oil secretions on the t-zone but it also doesn’t dry out my cheeks. I guess due to the excess of vitamins and antioxidants found in rose petals, rose water restrict pore size really well which creates a nice matte finish for me to put my foundation on. You can also us mix the small spritz of rose water and your fave metallic eyeshadow together to create a chrome effect! A toner and foundation primer in one, these travel-friendly mists comes in four heavenly scents each with their own unique notes of floral, citrus and wood. My favourite being Lust, where each is meant to evoke a beautiful memory of tranquility and nature. Packaged in gorgeous frosted glass bottles that serves to protect the oils from direct sunlight and heat, these organic mists will last up to 12 months. For best results, you can also store them in a cooler that doesn’t freeze so you get a nice cool mist every day to awaken your skin and senses. Another suggestion I have is to spray the mist on a cotton pad and swipe it all over your face and neck gently avoiding the eyes. For me, I didn’t have any problems with just spraying the mist on my face directly but I can see the citrus and orange note being a potential irritant for some people and for their eyes. This way you can still reap all the wonders from the rose water while keeping your eyes free of irritants and discomfort.
